A-Jet™
Cut accurate bevelled edges at angles selected by the user. The A-Jet is a complete software-controlled, multi-axis accessory permitting the flexibility to cut severe angles to a maximum of 60° off the vertical. The A-Jet cuts countersunk holes and jigsaw puzzle-type pieces with bevelled edges. The accessory supplies additional axes of motion, allowing the operator to fabricate and shape metal edges for weld preparation.

Bulk Abrasive Delivery System
The Bulk Abrasive Hopper is manufactured to ASME or CE Code. The tank can be pressurized to 125 psi [690 kPa] and can be located up to 20 feet [6 m] away from your OMAX JetMachining Center. The system uses compressed air to automatically transport garnet from the Bulk Abrasive hopper into the small hopper located at the OMAX machine. The Bulk Abrasive Delivery System is wheel-mounted, making it easy to move, if needed, when it is time to refill with garnet.

MAXJET® 5 Waterjet Cutting Nozzle
Designed for use with the OMAX JetMachining system, MAXJET 5 features an orifice with a robust design. The resulting high-density jet is tightly defined to produce a small kerf with minimal frosting, surface striations and taper. Durable and accurate, the MAXJET 5 features an orifice with a robust and low cost design that prevents abrasive particles from traveling upstream. Coupled with OMAX's patented motion control software, the MAXJET 5 offers repeatable cut quality superior to any other nozzle on the market.

MAXJET® 5i Nozzle
Warranted to last 500 hours, the MAXJET 5i combines OMAX precision with rugged durability and convenience. This one-piece integrated nozzle eliminates the need for rebuilding the nozzle assembly simply replace the whole assembly when needed. The MAXJET 5i also provides for more accurate and consistent jet alignment which prolongs mixing tube life and gives you better quality cuts over the life of the nozzle assembly.

MAXJET® 5 MiniJet Nozzle
The OMAX MAXJET 5 MiniJet Nozzle is designed for abrasive waterjet cutting applications requiring the narrowest cut width and/or the most precise possible cut. OMAX 7/15 Mini MAXJET® 5 Nozzle
Acquires finer precision cutting capability with a 0.007" orifice and a 0.015" mixing tube combination. Allows for expansion by adding multiple jets, giving a distinct cutting advantage without extra horsepower. Forming a jet stream carrying finer abrasive, the 7/15 Mini MAXJET 5 Nozzle can produce a kerf as small as 0.015". Achieves intricate patterns for parts cut on thin, exotic materials, such as gold.

Manual/Adjustable Tilt Nozzle
The OMAX Manual Adjustable Tilt Nozzle is manually adjusted to tilt at a fixed angle from 0 to 45° which allows cutting in one direction on a product. This accessory is a bolt-on attachment that mounts to the Motorized Z-axis of an OMAX abrasivejet cutting machine. The nozzle tilts in the Y-direction away from the operator. Unlike the OMAX Tilt-a-Jet®, this is not under software control.

Precision Optical Locator
The Precision Optical Locator (POL) facilitates precision JetMachining of pre-machined components, such as die stripper plates. The POL is designed to let you accurately place parts on the OMAX for secondary machining operations. You can place the parts in any orientation, and the software will automatically rotate the tool path to match the placement of the part.

Terrain Follower
The OMAX® Terrain Follower allows a JetMachining® Center to automatically and accurately cut parts from materials with irregular or warped surfaces without the need for special programming. The Terrain Follower attaches directly to the machine's Z-axis. Changes in a material's height are immediately detected and the nozzle automatically makes the required height adjustments, accurately maintaining the required cutting standoff (.06" typically). A collision detector protects the nozzle and related hardware from damage.

Drill Head Attachment
The OMAX Drill Attachment permits reliable piercing of laminates and composites prior to abrasive waterjet cutting. The OMAX Drill is mounted to the Y-axis carriage (same side as Z-axis). The OMAX Drill accurately pierces small diameter holes in laminates and composite material.

Tilt-A-Jet®
The Tilt-A-Jet represents the latest OMAX innovation in the continuing search for more accurate abrasive water jet machining. The Tilt-A-Jet lets the OMAX JetMachining Center achieve virtually zero taper with most materials. The Tilt-A-Jet can position the nozzle at an angle calculated by the software to exactly offset the taper from the abrasivejet. Taper doesn't disappear it just gets moved to the scrap part of the material, leaving your part with exactly square edges.

Weir Tank
The OMAX Settling Weir combines an under-over baffle along with a laminar flow clarifier to maximize the settling time for solids exiting the OMAX Catcher Tank. The system has been designed so that it can be easily cleaned out by a variety of methods. The unit can be shoveled out or pumped out using a diaphragm or sump pump.

Solids Removal System
Solids Removal System for Models 2626, 2626|xp, 2652, 5555, 55100, 60120, 80160, 80X and 120X the removes waste garnet from the catcher tank and deposits it into a dump hopper. Water from the hopper flows back to the tank without the use of a pump (gravity return).

Reverse Osmosis
A reverse osmosis system removes 90% to 95% of the total dissolved solids in your water. Dissolved particles are the primary source of damage to OMAX waterjet equipment. A reverse osmosis system protects your waterjet equipment so you don't have to replace your expendables nearly as often.

30 HP, 40HP, and Dual Direct Drive Pumps
OMAX pumps are the latest in direct-drive plunger pump technology, designed for tough industrial use. Designed for optimal efficiency, the OMAX V-Series Pump delivers more than 85% of the electrical input power to the cutting nozzle. Chiller
In the event that water temperature exceeds 70° F on a seasonal or regular basis, shortened pump seal life can occur. The chiller cools the water supply for the pump which improves seal life. Depending on the rating of the chiller and ambient conditions, the water temperature can be lowered anywhere from 20° to 40°. Water from the OMAX system's charge pump is sent through the chiller and to the waterjet pump. A portion of the water is recirculated back to the waterjet's internal charge tank to minimize water usage.

Daul Bridge System
Waterjet cutting with a dual Y-bridge is available for new orders of the Model 60120, the 80X series, and the 120X series. Significantly increase the machine productivity by adding an additional cutting head nozzle at the fraction of the cost to purchase an entirely new machine. The Dual Bridge System's cutting speed and production capability with multiple nozzles and pumps on one machine can be possible.

Waterjet Brick
DuroBrick™ waterjet brick is the most durable, long lasting waterjet brick available in the marketplace today. Made from a proprietary polypropylene material manufactured specifically for the production of waterjet bricks, DuroBrick waterjet bricks hold up to the rigors of waterjet cutting better than any other brand. DuroBrick waterjet bricks are manufactured using the latest CNC equipment. Each brick is inspected under strict quality control procedures to ensure a flat, even cutting surface. This procedure also allows cutting on both sides, thereby increasing the life of the waterjet brick. The tight-tolerance surfaces make an excellent foundation bed for cutting small parts.

Rotary Axis
The Rotary Axis is a robust, waterproof rotary head allowing the waterjet to cut XYZ paths to create complex 3D parts. The Rotary Axis is capable of precision, incremental index rotations permitting the waterjet to cut pipe, circular, square, or other geometric-shaped material stock. The versatile rotary head gives users the ability to attach customized fixtures.
